We are moving back to Texas and unfortunately can't take our beautiful house with us. It is for sale and located in Timberline, which is by far the nicest neighborhood in Calera, and I think the nicest golf course community in Birmingham! HPH built our house just three years ago so it is like brand new! We put in gorgeous cherry hardwood floors and landscaped on all sides of the house so it looks really pretty. The back yard is really big on the widest lot on the street and fenced! There is a community club house that serves breakfast, lunch, and Sunday brunch and we also have everyone's favorite...a huge pool! The neighbors are very friendly and keep up thier yards so it is a great place to live! Money magazine listed Calera as #84 in the best places to live in the country and luckily we are located in Shelby County so you don't have to worry about the sewer debt mess like Jefferson County residents!
